Piano Lessons

Mason has always been interested in the piano. I think he started 'playing' the piano before he was able to pull himself up. He has always had a soft spot for classical music. Mason is such a blessing in our lives. Its amazing at how much he loves music. He even sings along with songs on the radio.

Potty Training

I put Mason on the potty to go peepee and I left the room for just a few minutes and this is what I saw when I came back into the room. So I HAD to take a pic. to share!

Disney World

Disney World was fun. This is us standing at the entrance.

This is Mason playing in Mini's house(to the left). It was so much fun watching him play. It was very warm outside so we didnt stay long. But it was fun.

Extra Tuff Water Boots

Mason loves to splash in the puddles and since our driveway flooded it makes the perfect place for his puddle jumping adventures. He was using his winter boots but they just weren't working out so we got him some 'Extra Tuff' boots for kids and he was so excited about them. I told him they were for puddle jumping and he had to go out and splash. It was 7:30pm when we went out side. He put his boots on the steps going to the front door and said,"Peee's Momma". Well I counld NOT say no to that so we went outside.

Mason's Helmet

We got Mason a helmet for when we ride 4-Wheelers. He is NOT a helmet fan. He do not mind the elbow and knee pads but the helmet is his enemy. He looks so BIG!!

Mason's BIG boy bed

This is Mason's BIG boy bed, as you can see he still uses the baba at bedtime. That will be a thing of the past when he is ready. He has a race car bed. He is so proud of himself when he wakes up in it.

Mason is GROWING so fast

Mason is growing so fast I can hardly believe it. He is finally sleeping through the night, and when I say through the night I mean he is only getting up once. There are a few nights here and there that he will 'bless' his Moma with a full nights of sleep (just to help the bags under my eyes that he is tired of looking at). He is 32" tall now and 17.5 Months old. It seem like just yesterday I was awaken in the middle of the night by a crying baby, oh wait that was just yesterday. No, seriously he is doing GREAT!! He is such a pleasure to have around. He is a really good little boy. Hey, I just realized that he is a kid and not a toddler anymore. When did that happen?! Like I said time goes by fast.

Boys and Their Tools

We bought Mason a solid wood tool set. He loves it. I was walking down the hallway and saw him playing with the tool set and the sun was just right. It turned out well.

Mason was chewing on his big toe and everytime he saw the camera he would stop shake his hand at me and shake his head 'NO'. I guess he didnt want a pic taken of that. I would of used it the first time he brought a girl home. LOL!!!!

Every once in a while your kids do things that make you say, "What are you doing?" This was that day. I still dont know what he was doing. He was just having fun.

What a fun day! We just played all day, it was pretty fun. Mason is growing so fast, its nice to just enjoy spending time with him. They are only little once.

OUR NEW PUP

Jake (new pups name) likes to play with Mason's toys. He especially likes the penguin toys. Mason and Jake play good together.

Mother Nature

Still no pup! Mother Nature has it out for us. The pup (Jake) cant fly until the weather gets warmer. But hey its warmer in South Dakota and Minniapolis just not in ALASKA!!!!! He will get here soon enough.

A Boy and his Buddy

This was taken today. I have been wanting a pic of them playing together but it seems like I never have my camera ready intime.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO NOW

The other day we were in Mason's room playing with toys and I put a bunch of balls in his onesie and he couldn't figure out how to take the balls out of his onesie. It was so funny to watch him think about how he was going to get out of that.

Our New Pup

He dosnt have a name yet, so if you have any idea's let us know! He is being flown from South Dakota. We looked at one in Montana but they only had girls and they didnt have the 'blue' silver colors either. He's a cutie!

BIG Smiles

Look at that smile, underneath his toy of course. Mason likes to act like our dogs. He was crawling around with his frog stuffed animal in his mouth. He did that all day. It was so much fun. He is such a 'ham.'

Sea Life Center

Mason was scared of this fish. We went to the Seward Sea Life Center about 3 months ago. It was a lot of fun. He also got scared of the Stellar Sealion, but who can blame him that sealion is HUGE! Mason got a few books about Alaskan animals. He sure is interested in animals that don't scare him.

Our Little Music Maker

This is Mason's key board. And that is his 'posing' smile (on the left). He loves music so much. He will sit there for 30 min. just playing with the keyboard. He is growing up so fast, he's already 15.5 months. WOW!!!!!!! We love him so much!

Our Faithful Companion.

She was a faithful companion for 6.5 years. She was killed today by a moose. She was awsome, one of the best dogs we have ever owned. She loved Mason and was protective of her whole family. Her loyalty was incredible. We love her.
